Information About Us

This website is operated by Trusted Edu Path ("we", "us", "our"), a UK education guidance, outreach and admissions support organisation based on the 10th floor of Harbour Exchange, London E14 9GE.

1.1 We help students explore and apply for courses — including foundation degrees delivered in partnership with NCG at the NCG Higher Education Centre in London — and we support universities and colleges with marketing, student outreach and recruitment.

1.2 You can contact us by email at info@trustededupath.com, by phone on +44 20 4613 9810, or through our contact page.

02

Accessing Our Site

Our site is made available free of charge and on a temporary basis. We may withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

2.1 We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We will not be liable to you if our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements needed to access our site, and for making sure that anyone who accesses it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and follows them.

2.3 If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian has read these terms with you before you submit any form on our site.

03

Our Role in Your Application

Trusted Edu Path provides guidance and admissions support. We are not the university or college that delivers or awards your course.

3.1 All admissions decisions, entry requirements, offers, course fees and academic regulations are set by the relevant institution. Registering your interest or attending an interview with us does not guarantee you a place.

3.2 Interviews are held in person at our London campus, usually Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–12:00pm. We will confirm the date and time with you directly, and may need to reschedule if circumstances change.

3.3 Our advisors can explain funding options such as student finance, but eligibility and the amount of any funding are decided by the relevant funding body, not by us.

3.4 Our core guidance services for students applying to our partner institutions are free of charge. If a specific workshop or programme has a cost, we will tell you clearly before you sign up.

04

Course and Programme Information

We work hard to keep the information on our site accurate, but course details can change.

4.1 Course content, start dates, locations, fees and entry requirements are provided for general information and may be changed by the institution at any time. The most up-to-date information is given during your consultation or by the institution itself.

4.2 Content on our site is not professional, legal or financial advice. You should not rely on it alone when making decisions about your education or finances.

05

Information You Submit

When you use our contact or registration forms, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

5.1 Please tell us if your details change, so we can keep supporting you properly. Inaccurate information may delay or affect your application.

5.2 We use the personal information you submit to respond to you and support your application, as described in our Privacy Policy. With your consent, we may share relevant details with the institution you are applying to.

06

Universities and Partner Organisations

These terms cover use of our website. Partnership services are governed by a separate agreement.

6.1 If you are a university, college or other organisation working with us on marketing, outreach, recruitment or open-day services, the scope, fees and responsibilities will be set out in a written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

6.2 Nothing on our site creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and Trusted Edu Path.

07

Intellectual Property Rights

We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in our site and the material published on it, including text, images, video, logos and design.

7.1 You may print or download extracts of pages from our site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our content with others.

7.2 You must not change any printed or downloaded material, use any images, video or graphics separately from the accompanying text, or use any part of our site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7.3 Partner names and logos, including NCG, belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

08

Changes to Our Site

We update our site regularly and may change its content at any time.

8.1 If needed, we may suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely. Some material may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

09

Our Liability

Our site and its content are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to their accuracy.

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

9.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site — including loss of income, profits, data, business opportunity or goodwill — or from any decision made by an institution about your application.

9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10

Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful material.

10.1 You must not try to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server it is stored on, or any server, computer or database connected to it, and you must not attack our site through a denial-of-service attack.

10.2 Breaching this provision may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity.

10.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device, data or other material because of your use of our site.

11

Linking to Our Site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and legally and in a way that does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

11.1 You must not link to our site in a way that suggests any association, approval or endorsement from us where none exists, and our site must not be framed on any other site.

11.2 We may withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.

12

Third-Party Links

Where our site links to other sites — such as university, college or funding websites — these links are provided for your information only.

12.1 We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

13

  • Immediately, temporarily or permanently withdrawing your right to use our site.
  • Stopping any support we are providing with your enquiry or application.
  • Issuing a warning to you.
  • Taking legal action against you, including to recover our costs.
