The Certificate of Higher Education in Integrated Health, Social Care and Wellbeing provides a strong introduction to the core principles of health and social care practice. Students develop an understanding of how organisations operate while building key academic and professional skills in areas such as social care provisions, safeguarding, communication, and the wider health and social care environment. Admissions

Entry requirements

Applicants should normally have:

  • Passport
  • Immigration Status (Settled/Pre-Settled)
  • E-VISA Screenshot (Not required for British/Irish and Settled Status applicants)
  • Personal Statement (min. 300 words)
  • Level 3 qualification with 120 credits (or equivalent) or 2+ years of customer-focused work experience with proof of employment
  • Proof of Address

Aged 21 or over?

Applicants aged 21 or over who do not meet the standard academic requirements may still be considered if they have at least two years of relevant work experience. This experience should demonstrate transferable skills such as:

  • Organisational ability
  • Working effectively as part of a team
